Research on the privacy protection of document-oriented database based on SaaS

In this paper, a privacy protection architecture for document database is proposed, which builds a new SaaS service deployment architecture on the basis of the original SaaS architecture, by increasing the privacy protection layer between the application layer and the storage tier. This architecture decoupling the privacy protection system from the SaaS application system. In this architecture, the privacy protection system is transparent to both SaaS applications and database systems. Then, this paper introduces the basic method of privacy protection based on the face document database, in order to adapt the data structure system based on document storage for document database, this paper designs the basic method of document database privacy protection based on value segmentation and key obfuscation. By using the free feature of document-oriented database model, the privacy data is protected by proper segmentation of the data. For nested document structures, the document structure tree is designed to preserve document structure information. At the same time, this paper gives the basic operation model of the protected database system. Finally, after the protection method is determined, it is necessary to measure whether the privacy protection method can effectively protect the tenant's privacy data and ensure that the data in the SaaS application is secure after privacy protection. This paper analyzes the impact of the attacker's perception of tenant privacy data on the security of privacy data. This defines the attacker's cognitive model of tenant privacy data and the Privacy Disclosure index. The attacker's cognitive model can effectively measure the attacker's understanding of the privacy data and obtain a privacy Disclosure index, which measures the degree of protection of the tenant's privacy data. In order to improve the security of tenant privacy data in SaaS applications, based on the Privacy Disclosure Index, this paper puts forward the fitting segmentation algorithm, which fully considers the different tenant privacy protection strategies, combined with different privacy protection levels, effectively prevents the attacker from using professional knowledge to reorganize tenant privacy data.
