SkyDrive stores 3641TB of data

Do you know how big the SkyDrive capacity is? A program manager in SkyDrive recently disclosed information about the recruitment information.

According to the introduction, as at the end of October 2011, SkyDrive users uploaded a total of 3641.8TB data, if the conversion, equivalent to 4,004,294,335,813,908 bytes.

You may not think this is an astonishing amount of data, but this is just the beginning.

Microsoft says more than 100 million people around the world use SkyDrive on PCs, mobile phones or other portable devices every month. In the near future, Microsoft's new operating system will be closely connected with the cloud, and the user's application can embed SkyDrive content into its experience. After the release of Windows 8 of its next-generation operating system, SkyDrive will usher in explosive growth, and Microsoft is recruiting for the sector to meet future challenges.

SkyDrive is part of the Windows Live online service. 25GB of SkyDrive free online storage space is available for each Microsoft Windows Live user. Users can save photos, videos, and other files in various formats in SkyDrive, with a single file limit of 100MB.
