And this kind of informationization and the construction of urbanization, inseparable from cloud computing and cloud service support. We say that cloud computing is the most important aspect of application that supports us in terms of technology, standards, or SOA. Anytime, through various channels, want to get this information, SOA is not enough, need some features and support of cloud computing, In this process we understand that there will be cloud computing in such a scenario and then just the construction of the project on the basis of the cloud to achieve all of this computing resources, storage resources and all the scheduling, cloud computing can enjoy this service through various terminals. We are not only facing these problems in the process of building this intelligent city.

We understand such a technology or model of cloud computing, it should be said, throughout the entire we said in the service of the people, business managers, services at all levels of users at every level of the overall demand. First of all, you see this is the basic level of urban information construction, in order to solve the network storage and computing capacity of the unified management, we need to establish a city-level infrastructure cloud, these clouds should focus on the application of virtualization or pool management technology.

The current SOA should be one of the mainstream technologies that cloud computing provides ubiquitous unified services and unified access. But cloud computing can fully meet the needs of end users at all levels through SOA's uniform and standardized service resources. So based on the above understanding, we build a whole set of cloud computing architectures based on the entire intelligent city and the needs of the entire intelligent city. This situation requires us to further the characteristics of the cloud, based on our existing software technology resources, how to study, can get some of the technology and standards used in the cloud environment, so we also recommend that colleagues, under the leadership of our working group, we can study some of these standards, this is how SOA can be encapsulated, It is easy to transition to the cloud computing environment and to support the associated cloud computing features. In general, such a system in the technical framework, should meet the overall wisdom of urban information construction of some of the main problems and this demand. Then we will share a case with you, the case is we said, just mentioned the wisdom of Foshan.

Foshan is a place less than 4,000 square kilometers, the city now resident population how many? More than 7 million, floating population more than 4 million, the congestion of this population brings enormous pressure to the government, but also brings many problems. Because they belong to different departments, in order for them to standardize, the standard of unification, we have applied the relevant technology of SOA, they form such a set of service resources. Service has, how to better apply these services, how to be very effective, anytime to get the public access to this service, we are in the implementation of further building above the public integrated services cloud platform, through this platform to extract the following services, so that it has the characteristics of the cloud, through a variety of channels to serve our upper level of our users, and the public.

In fact, for example, resident residents can access some services of their own concern through various channels of personal Terminal Services, television, mobile phones, computers and other channels. This temporary resident and the floating population can through the community service station, can complete the related administrative class insurance transfer, the floating population registration and so on business, the administrative business support. Through the real landing and implementation of the wisdom of Foshan, we really do have a little experience of SOA and cloud computing, and we feel that as a standard system that supports SOA and cloud computing, it should become more and more important and more effective in future smart city construction.

In fact, we think that the first in a city in the construction of information, through the standards of SOA can support what? Support the integration of effective different business areas, we say to interconnection, on the one hand, through the cloud computing standards of communication, to achieve the overall urban resources intensive management, including automatic deployment and so on this aspect content.
