Once the departmental responsibilities are reclassified, the job responsibilities of each person must be redefined.


For the following two forms, each employee must be filled in carefully.

When filling out the first form, ask the staff to inquire about the corresponding job responsibilities and entry requirements on 51job, what skills and work experience they need, and match them to see if they are competent.


Remember the phrase in the conference room that said: "No matter where you work in the future, it is important whether you have learned the knowledge in this company, whether your skills have increased, whether you can tell your new club with a confident pat on the chest, I am fully qualified for the job. ”


In addition, when you fill out this job responsibility form, be sure to know what you are doing, and write it out very clearly with a logically layered statement.


Let's talk about the second form--KPI review form

This form is designed for the first job responsibility form;

Need to control the work responsibility and ability experience requirements, the work assessment in the second form list, and give the weight score.


Among them: work ability accounted for 30% points, work attitude accounted for 30% points, work performance accounted for 40% points.


The staff of the three major departments have to fill out, and to the Department of director scoring, Periodic KPI assessment.


Plus everyone before the conversation, two form fill out, KPI phased assessment; The whole company is in a tense atmosphere.

These problems must be active to face, as any side of the communication must actively promote the progress of work, it must be in each important email, telephone dialogue, the most direct and most simple maximum effect, a minute telephone can speak hundreds of words.
