Cloud based solutions provide great value to the enterprise. The ability of the cloud to process large data is also very obvious. This capability is well illustrated in the http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/14226.html "> Cloud solutions for the supply chain." In this solution, data  and sharing methods have been revolutionary.

In the past, enterprises had to deal with the supply chain consisting of thousands of suppliers to verify each supplier accessing the ERP system through EDI (electronic data Interchange). By EDI, the matching of API (application programming interface) between each supplier and enterprise is tested repeatedly to realize all data transmission and security authorization between supplier and enterprise. At that time, the supplier will be allowed to enter the enterprise's ERP system. In this way, we can do business. This process is laborious and repetitive and does consume IT resources.

Then came the cloud solution for the supply chain. The solution is to qualify thousands of suppliers and manufacturers worldwide for access to a confidential network, rather than reviewing the vendor's qualifications sequentially and repeatedly, as before. The cloud provider is responsible for sharing the data pool. This shared data pool includes not only transaction documents, but also shipping and loading documents, order forms, technical specifications and charts for products, as well as other documents that are critical to the production and transportation of cargo processes and to market services. The end result is a database that contains large and small data in the cloud. If you have the right security permissions, everyone who is allowed to enter the network can access the data randomly.

Connecting each product manufacturer and supplier to a central network with a database is one of the few ways that businesses have ever thought of it. But companies see these results in their business processes. Now, the process of adding a new supplier to the Cloud network takes only a few hours. In the past, EDI certification, the process will take several months. The confusion in communications is less in the cloud because each participant uses a database in the same cloud. Cloud manufacturers and vendor networks can also allow many different companies to securely exchange standards and large data.

How does the cloud accomplish all of these tasks? The methods adopted include assigning a name to each part of the large data, allowing everyone to access it, and providing a business rule for every trading partner in the Cloud network. These rules allow each partner to assign security licenses and permissions to individuals in other institutions that exchange information with them.

Enterprises have taken meaningful steps to implement this cloud solution to deal with external business process problems that their internal systems cannot resolve. However, companies should now pay close attention to what the cloud has done and apply these lessons to their internal systems and how to handle large data. These lessons include:

• Pursuing "a single version of the facts"

Whether you're dealing with structured, semi-structured or unstructured data, the more information you can integrate into a set of facts, figures, and charts that everyone in your organization can use, the more likely you are to avoid the confusion caused by different data releases from different systems. As you build data marts for large data, there is an excellent opportunity to standardize the data entered into these fairs and begin to "do it correctly" marts.

• Secure use of large data an authorization method that a business unit can control

Handing security authorization management to the final business unit (rather than leveraging it as a primary management agency) creates flexibility in communication. However, in order to maintain the safety standards of enterprises, this issue should be seriously considered. At the beginning of this process, it is a good idea to ask an external security compliance expert to provide advice.

• Adopt a more "democratic" approach to data regardless of large or small data

The central database in the cloud works very well because the database contains large data and small data that is closely related to a particular business function. Enterprise data marts should be built in the same way. (Compiled/Populus euphratica)
