First introduce US Tyco Company, we provide fire protection, security products, installation, maintenance. We now become the world's largest fire, security company. This is the overall situation of Tyco, we have 1 million firefighters, our family customers have more than 3 million customers. Our customers are very many, but also very wide distribution of customers.
That as our industry, we used to see a lot of challenges, we use the Internet perspective, a lot of pain points, whether it is the company, business, politics, we have some bad experience in this industry. We have been through a lot of exploration in the past and we have found that the introduction of more and better intelligent devices and services from the Internet of things can solve many problems in this respect. We now see the pain point, now compatibility problem. Now the market many devices are not compatible with each other, lack of interaction, communication. How to solve the incompatibility, is we first to solve a problem.
So the new network construction, which is caused by compatibility. There are also a number of new service model requirements, the traditional concept inside, fire, security is the equipment to the end of the scene, there are many service needs. For our creative enterprises, what new models, we need to solve.
And now cloud computing, mobile resources, how to better use it. All these things through the development of Internet technology, can solve our pain points.
