This thing that happened to me, it touched me very much. If the site puts the selected product in the middle, make it a little more obvious, she might have found it; if the website makes the purchase process and registration more detailed, she may understand; if the details of her order are prominently marked on the home page of the Member Center, she may not worry about the order being handled; The order was successful.

Pondering for some time, came to several conclusions:

1, the site is not only easy to use, friendly enough, these are the most basic;

2, all links to the site, all content is not users can find;

3, the link or content user in a few seconds did not find, will think that the page does not have the link or content she needs.

What can we do to find these problems?

I think, this is not just a question of user experience, but also how the information to reflect in front of the user, how to put a link on the page so that users can easily find when needed, how the different logic clearly show the user needs information.

The user as a fool, is exactly what we need the guiding ideology, users of the page feel and we are completely different. We are designers, are experts, but most users are just an ordinary netizen.

2, on the page of each important content, should be highlighted by the rules, on both sides of important content, can be pictures, background highlights;

3, the link on the page can not be too many users can not pay attention to each link, on both sides of important links, can be pictures, background highlights;
