Who will eventually pay for cloud computing services?

They argue that corporate software and social media software are on the decline.

Three, the IT department uses the cloud operation massively. In the confusion of cloud computing, it seems to have stepped into it. There is a widespread belief in "shadow it" that users subscribe to cloud computing and software as a service, or as a replacement for the IT department. Surveys of 257 companies show that cloud computing is on the rise in the public and private sectors, and that the role of IT departments and management committees in managing private and public cloud services has increased over the past year, showing the Izumo of operations in the corporate marketplace. 67% of companies say it can be a recommendation or a determinant in the placement of public cloud services.
