Our research believes that in China's current e-commerce sector, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, the first phase has been completed, is the stage of supply and demand relationship. Generally speaking, our country's current e-commerce in a large area can be divided into three kinds of models, the first is integrated class of e-commerce, such as Alibaba, Hui Cong, and so on, the second is the vertical e-commerce, such as the network Sheng, Beidou mobile phone network. The third is the e-commerce that some enterprises build autonomously. This is the main three models, and there are many, such as operators or the telecommunications sector to build E-commerce platform, or third-party service agencies. The types of models that I have just mentioned may include business-to-business, Consumer-to-consumer and so on. On the whole, our country's e-commerce start is not too early, but the development is very fast, in many areas of achievements even many developed countries can not compare, such as our huge volume and involved in the face and so is difficult to imagine. Since this year, especially since last year, China's manufacturing is facing the huge trade imbalance pressure, the external environment to our export pressure more and more, anti-dumping complaints and other trade frictions are more and more. Many small and medium-sized enterprises from foreign trade to the domestic market, the use of e-commerce compression costs, improve the rate of submission also has a great demand, the use of E-commerce is more and more powerful, because this relates to costs, is to the problem of life and death. This requires better adaptation to the needs of our small and medium-sized enterprises, improve our services.
In small and medium-sized enterprises in E-commerce, there are a number of major problems, it can be said that the service providers of some of the practice caused by quick success. For example, many service providers to small and medium-sized enterprises to say, five minutes can help you build a station to help you achieve e-commerce, this is a irresponsible way. These technical means to achieve no problems, even dozens of seconds a minute I believe, but this way to help people realize e-commerce is fooling. E-commerce has many aspects of the factors, not that the technical means to build a station to complete. A student once asked me, he wants to do an electronic commerce during the study, because he computer science is very good, want to realize e-commerce help students do some good, also can earn some outside block. E-commerce just helps them do something. Why many enterprises are moved by the model of Alibaba, because it can not affect its original channels of the case, increase the export of this piece. This is a small number of SMEs previously difficult to deal with. Now many people talk about small and medium enterprises e-commerce when the main point is the export, I think this should be only a small part of it. For many small and medium-sized enterprises, exports are not all of him, some of which may account for a small percentage.
I used to do enterprise, ERP and other software, many small and medium-sized enterprises feel very good, why not on? There are many reasons. For example, some state-owned enterprises, he also knows how to help it in the future. But his original pattern will be broken, he will worry about how to keep the original profit after breaking the pattern. Perhaps the state-owned enterprises will worry more, after the system is bound to have some people out, even if some private enterprises, his marketing system and other aspects have been formed, the original establishment of the relationship? This is his interest. Our entry into the mouth at the beginning of the foreign trade, to impress a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises, this is indeed a good direction. They are weak or poorly done, with many problems, such as asymmetric information and so on.
Just said the first step of E-commerce has passed, to solve the information asymmetry or to achieve the basic supply and demand relationship, has been basically achieved. The next step is to better deepen the service and solve more problems. Anyway, our service provider is the middle role, for example, I am a matchmaker, put you two together, can let you meet is the first step, how to do the rest? Can my matchmaker do more work? This is a key, we are going to deepen this piece now, this piece still has a lot of work to do. We may help them in the logistics, or in the payment and so on.
Is the question of how our resources are more optimally configured. For example, I run long-distance transportation, there is a big truck, was supposed to go to Chaoyang District, the result of daxing here have a batch of goods, I came over, can earn points is point. Change of consciousness is not only a change of SMEs, it may be the need for the whole SME to change. The concept of any emerging industry must be driven by these platforms, service providers, or third parties. Small and medium enterprises may not be very conscious at first, and will not even do many things. We had a report last year, buy keywords on several major search engines, top 10 have 6 e-commerce sites, including Alibaba, when, excellence. They know how to do it, how to use the power of search engines, and so on, but not just what you know. How to surround your business to better maximize their interests, basically to make money this is the first step, the second step is how to make more money, more appropriate money.
I think the current e-commerce still need to guide, because we are still in the development of innovation stage. To make a simple analogy, we in the former department store so some sales stores to guide everyone's shopping concept, to do more refined, more accurate, deeper, need some subdivision, such as Zhongguancun selling computers, zoos, wholesale clothing and so on, the current e-commerce is probably such a situation. Our SME E-commerce now, even if some people understand, still a small part, most still do not understand. What to do and what direction to do is at a loss. I have contacted a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises do not understand, but whether he understand, some have established E-commerce department, and some intend to set up, all want to have more development in this area, they now urgently need more people to guide.
