Forbes magazine July 16 published an article titled: "The United States new outsourcing, cloud computing to China?" Prevention of psychological obvious, so why is the target of China?

Cloud computing is the fastest-growing infrastructure on the planet today, from entertainment to health care, 9374.html, and all walks of life in the world economy are shifting to it. Demand for cloud computing services in the West is rising sharply, and China has taken the foresight to target the outsourcing business. In the coming years, we will find that the United States has been outsourced not just a 200-year history of the textile industry, as well as the 21st century Information superhighway infrastructure, the United States has felt a sense of crisis.

China is building its cloud computing capacity at 4 times times the rate of growth in domestic Internet services. In fact, China's cloud computing speed has been faster than the entire Asia-Pacific region of data demand. Unlike many other products or services, the huge market for data services is outside the Asia-Pacific. It's time to outsource the business fruition. The Indian consultancy predicts that China's cloud computing spending will grow from its current shortfall of less than $20 billion trillion to 150 billion a year before the next Olympics. With this ability, the cloud computing center will move from the suburbs of Washington, where the internet was born, to Inner Mongolia.

All the cloud industry-related companies, including industry leaders IBM and HP, are building cloud infrastructure projects across China. IBM has announced the establishment of China Cloud (chinacloud) data center in China, covering an area of 330,000 square meters to 620,000 square meters, with an estimated staff of 60,000 people to 80,000 people.

Chongqing is building the world's largest single data center, the equivalent of 20 football pitches, which coincides with the 2016 Summer Olympics. The 1.6 billion-dollar Chongqing center is 3 times times the size of Apple's newest mega-center in North Carolina State. It is at the heart of a growing cloud-computing infrastructure (in China) with thousands of similar institutions. The Chinese have made no secret of their goals. The media praised the Chongqing center, "the government plans to attract global data-processing outsourcing (including local) to Chongqing and build an important base for national offshore and onshore data processing centers." "China has made a reasonable bet.

October 18, the Jimo government and Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd., Wai Tung Group Limited Liability company signed a strategic cooperation agreement, the three sides will be in the blue Silicon Valley cooperation to establish a Microsoft Qingdao Cloud Computing Center and courseware development base. According to the agreement, the three parties will be in the courseware development, education and training, financial services outsourcing, medical information, intelligent tourism, cloud community and real estate solutions and other areas of in-depth cooperation, the construction of Cloud computing Center, courseware Research and development base, to facilitate training and certification test center landing. The project covers an area of about 1200 acres, with a total investment of about 6 billion yuan.

In addition, many enterprises in China have also been exerting the cloud industry. Wave, Lenovo, Ufida, such as a group of IT hardware and software enterprises, is transforming into cloud service providers, China Telecom, Mobile, Unicom, the three major telecom operators are also in a large transition to cloud computing, become "cloud tube end" enterprises (including Huawei). To Alibaba, Shanda, million nets, Baidu and other enterprises as the representative of private enterprises, have also carried out a market-oriented cloud computing planning.

We know that cloud computing infrastructure will produce a lot of matching and unpredictable business and technology, inevitable ripple spillover effect. If all this happens mainly in China, it would be too bad for America. For now, though, China has many advantages in capturing the International cloud computing market. However, there are a number of issues that require increased control, the need to identify legal responsibilities and ensure data security. While the IT industry is addressing technical issues, issues such as regulatory authorities, confidentiality and liability have not been resolved. Companies should be more careful in choosing cloud computing services, not just about costs, but also the factors that are considered.
