Art of teacher mi education-allow mistakes

From the day we went to school, we started to do the right thing. The teachers told us how to do the right thing, how to do it, and how to do it. We are not allowed to do anything wrong. Otherwise, we will be punished. Well, in this way, we have been on the right path, and this has become a no-return path until we lose our way. However, I was lucky to have met Mr. Mi when I got lost.

Teacher MI has a classic saying: "The school is where you make mistakes. If you do not make mistakes now, when will you do it? Now you make mistakes to avoid mistakes in the future. If the teacher only tells you what is correct, how can you solve the problem in the future? Ask the teacher? How long have I followed my teacher? You are studying in advance to avoid further study in the future ."

 

When I first went to school with Mr. Mi, the teacher said, "You can try anything on the computer. Of course, don't pour it with water, don't hit it with a hammer, don't throw it on the ground. You can try other computer operations. Don't worry. It doesn't matter if it's broken. It's okay if it's stopped and restarted, all the computers in our data center are installed with restoration software."

I remember this was not the case when we used to study computers. All the teachers said, "Don't click this. Don't press it. If you want to click it, click it. Do you hear it? Follow the steps in the book to stop yourself ." As a result, what the teacher taught us, what we would, and what the teacher did not teach, we thought that this could not be touched, never touch. I am still a computer idiot.

Mr. Mi always encourages us to try it. He always says never be afraid of making mistakes, only what is learned by mistakes can be profound and grow in errors.
