Reliability is interpreted as the basic quality of a product. It is referred to as zero defect behavior.
Installability refers to the setup and installation of easy programs, which is related to the first use of the software.
Documentation includes all forms of user assistance and performance support documentation. Whether it is in the form of hard copy or online help, documents are required to provide support information for product use.
