Under Windows Vista, some programs do not install properly, or do not function properly after installation because of compatibility issues. This is not common in Windows 7 systems, but it can sometimes occur. Unlike Windows Vista systems, however, it is sometimes not because of compatibility that programs cannot run, but because of "system security." The author receives a zol Netizen's feedback, just is this kind of situation.
In the user's description, it starts by double-clicking a program's "setup.exe" file, the mouse pointer in the "turn a few laps" disappeared, there is no response. Then he runs the program in a compatible way, but the software still doesn't respond, and when he right-clicks the program's properties, at the bottom of the property window, it finds that the program is locked by Windows 7 (Figure 1).

Click on the "Unlock" button above, then click "OK" button, you can unlock the program is locked state (Figure 2)

At this point, double-click the Setup.exe file again to run the program correctly.
As you can see from this small case, there are a lot of new, tiny features in the Windows 7 system that we haven't found yet. Most of the time, the existence of these tiny, obscure functions, because we are not familiar with them, can easily lead to misunderstandings about Windows 7.
