In the lower right corner of the notebook desktop, there is a power symbol, right click
The menu list is displayed. Select power options
Go to the power options panel, select the display plan on the battery indicator shown in, select "High Performance", and close the window. The problem is solved.
If the "High Performance" option is not available for the display plan on the battery indicator, click Create Power Plan as follows.
On the create Power Plan panel, select "High Performance". You can also modify the name of the Power Plan. I select the default one, and then click Next.
Click "OK" to create the instance. After modification, the instance is changed to "balance" and the instance will not be stuck.
