In reality, there are basically no absolutely humanized or absolutely systematic enterprises. Many enterprises are at a certain point between the two styles. I have always been advocating humanized management. It seems that this kind of management method is also adopted by many mainstream enterprises. My experience in BenQ also gives me the pleasure of humanized management, I thought humanized management was suitable for any company, but after several things, my thoughts changed. One is that before the company introduced the attendance system, almost no half of its employees would arrive late, but the late arrival has obviously declined since the company issued the attendance system and configured the attendance machine. The other is performance appraisal. It seems that everyone has had a leisurely time before performance appraisal is conducted. However, when performance appraisal is implemented within a certain scope, the group in this scope obviously feels changed, especially for employees with poor performance. They are already actively looking for their own short board and then actively improving it. As a result, I was thinking, maybe my original understanding ignored an important factor, that is, the development stage of an enterprise. When an enterprise has been operating well under systematic management, supplemented by more humanized management, this enterprise will develop more stable and bright. That is to say, humanized management must be established on the basis of systematic management. Such humanized management is a truly positive management method. As far as start-ups are concerned, when the scale is not very large at the early stage, in order to unite a group of people, the humanized management may indeed be a little more intense, but once the scale of enterprises needs to expand rapidly, institutional Management must quickly form a climate; otherwise, it will be difficult to form productivity in a short period of time, because a large number of people will be "Chaotic", and all those who apply power in all directions will be there, then, the consumption will die. Therefore, in such a stage, enterprises should have tough and systematic things on the whole, form the basic framework of operation, and then fill the flesh and blood in the framework with Human Care in the department. When enterprises gradually form a stable framework and the entire system operates smoothly due to the system, humanized management is what enterprises need most. Only by returning to human nature can they unleash human creativity, only enterprise culture can be attached.
