The problem can be preliminarily determined based on the signal light display on the ADSL Modem panel, as follows:

The "ADSL" light is used to display the synchronization status of the Modem. The green light indicates that the Modem and the local terminal can be normally synchronized; the red light indicates that the Modem is not synchronized; and The flashing green light indicates that synchronization is being established.

The "10BaseT" light is used to show whether the Modem is connected to the NIC or Hub normally. If the light is not on, the Modem cannot connect to the computer. When there is data transmitted in the network cable, the light will flash slightly.
The "ATM 25" light shows the status of 25 ATM ports, which is generally not used.
The "Maint" light is related to remote management. It is usually on.
"Power" light, Power display.
