I personally feel that high education may be highly competent, but not necessarily, and large companies seem to really focus on competence. Some people say that education is a stepping stone. The education level cannot be changed unless the students continue to study in the school. However, if you are a degree, you can take the job, PMP, or MCA, you can also take the job. Then, ability is an intangible thing that can be reflected in your daily work and life. For people and companies that know you well, your education, degree, certificates and other such things are useless, because your work and life practices have shown your abilities.

In addition, recently, it seems very popular to take an on-the-job MSE test, but it is more expensive than full-time General Masters, and only has a degree certificate. I personally think it is not very cost-effective, if you give yourself two years of weekend time, you can learn a lot by yourself, and the 40 k tuition fee can also allow you to try multiple certification exams. Of course, this is for personal needs. For friends who can learn a lot through MSE, it is also a good test. I still think that self-learning is far more practical and convenient than teaching by teachers. :)
