1, open the picture, select the image > Image size, the picture pixel changes to large parameters such as figure, and then copy two original copy layer.

2, select the top layer, select Filter > Noise > Middle value, Tune 5~8 values, and then use the Eraser tool, erase the facial features, and then merge the layers down.
