Search Engine Marketing company Ipropect's search engine user Attitudes survey was conducted in March 2004, using the Web as a survey tool, which collected 1,649 samples. The results show that most users do not read all of the search results, and the user will not look down after reading a portion of the message. 22.6% of the search engine users only browse the first page of the search results, 18.6% of people only click on the first page of the search results, 25.8% users will browse the first two pages of the search results, 14.7% users will browse the first three pages after the search results stop, a total of 81.7% Search engine users stop reading the search results before they read the first three pages.
The study also points out that more than 87% of users who use search engines will use certain search engine sites. 56.7% of the users are fixed on a particular search engine site, 30.5% use several different search engines, and 12.8% use different types of search sites because they want to search for information differently.
