Symbolic problem with shapefile files

As we all know, the SHP files in ArcGIS only store the map data in coordinates, and the map is displayed in a database or map file (MXD), which is a very convincing idea.

If we open ArcMap and create a new normal map file (using the standard template) and load some SHP files, SHP will symbolize it, but this symbolization is normal, for example, Polyline is 1.0 wide, and if there are multiple polyline, its color is different.

Question: Why are the freeway and rail layers already symbolized, and the symbolic style is stored in SHP files? Problem Original

I changed the name of the layer and then added it differently; I chose the language version of ArcGIS as English, and it was different to join in. The problem is that the style name of the symbol library (style) file has a mapping with the layer name.
