We have been investigating and improving the company's informatization solution for the construction industry, mainly focusing on highway engineering construction management, summing up the recent work and having the following difficult problems, some of which have not yet been clearly solved. The following is a list. We hope that researchers from the industry can participate in the discussion and come up with a good solution! (Sort by difficulty as follows)
1) How should I calculate the production management of concrete and mixing buildings into the cost?
Involved: self-production (self-use, external supply), Joint Production (self-use, external supply), commissioned production (external supply ).
2) Change management and related adjustments: changes involving engineering drawings, technical solution adjustments/changes, progress, overall progress adjustments, contract changes, overall plan costs adjustments, and target costs adjustments;
3) calculate the cost of a single bicycle, calculate the Sub-item cost of the project division, and calculate the cost by the Organization Unit (department.
4) compare actual cost accounting, collection, and planned cost, and compare multiple indicators.
5) Organization and position standardization and workflow configuration and operation;
6) Labor Contract list/professional contract list standardization and version management.
The first question has been discussed many times and there is no conclusion yet.
There is a solution to the second problem. There are no practical results in development to verify.
The fifth difficulty is actually the technical problem that the process leads to, not the business problem.
The sixth problem is basically solved, but there may be subsequent application problems.
