What should I do if I cannot find wireless signals on windows 8

Pre-installed Windows 8 Chinese version system, wireless device Drive is normal, but no signal is found. The flight mode is confirmed to be disabled. As shown in the following figure:


Cause analysis:
The wireless network card is added to the Win8 system settings and must be enabled to connect to the wireless network.
Solution:
1. Open the Super button and select "Settings ". You can move the mouse to the upper-right corner of the screen to open the Super button, or press the "Windows logo key" (the button on the keyboard) + "C" to open it quickly;



2. Click "more computer settings"> "wireless;




3. Click the slider under "wireless settings" to enable the wireless function;



4. After the settings are complete, you can find wireless signals in the network list.



If the following information is displayed in the network list, check the wireless management service (WLAN AutoConfig (WlanSvc)Service) whether to start.





WLAN AutoConfigService viewing method:

Right-click the blank area of the taskbar and select "Task Manager ";



If the information mode is shown in the following figure, click "details ";

 

Click the "service" tab and findWlanSvc(WLAN AutoConfig)Service, check whether the "status" column shows "running ";

 

If it is displayed as "stopped", right-click the service and select "start ".

 

This method can start the service. However, if the service is disabled or manually started, the service cannot start automatically after the computer is restarted. To enable the service automatically, click "open service" to go to the service management page. Refer to the following knowledge base to change it to auto start.
