1. using the PCMCIA Interface or USB interface for GPRS wireless network adapter, you only need to insert the SIM card into the corresponding SIM slot of the GPRS wireless network adapter, and install the driver and dial-up program, you can dial up the Internet like a common Modem. This type of wireless network adapter is quite common, and will be sold in mobile business halls and major computer cities at prices ranging from several hundred to thousands of yuan.

2. Use a mobile phone with GPRS function to connect to the Internet with a laptop. The mobile phone can be connected through a data cable, infrared or Bluetooth. In other words, a GPRS phone is used as an external modem to establish a GPRS dial-up connection. The premise is that you must activate the corresponding GPRS internet service. You can go to the local mobile business office for consultation, but you need to know if all the mobile phones on the market that claim to have the GPRS function can be connected to the laptop, this is mainly because some mobile phone manufacturers do not provide corresponding connection lines or drivers. It is reported that the current CDMA 1X wireless Internet access is better than the GPRS wireless Internet access in terms of speed and stability, but the current CDMA 1X signal coverage is inferior to the GPRS signal.
