Beijing set up audio-Video Intellectual Property Alliance

In recent years, with the wide application of audio and video products, the intellectual property problem of Chinese audio and video is gradually appearing.　　On the one hand, the intellectual property accumulation of audio and video industry needs to be enhanced, on the other hand, the industrial development process will face the intellectual property issues involved in the standards. It is reported that after the establishment of the Alliance, will be divided into three stages of work. The first stage, completes the domestic and foreign sound and video related standard intellectual property right condition and the license policy investigation analysis, combs the common intellectual property rights question, plays the early warning function, establishes the communication mechanism. The second stage, to guide enterprises to carry out intellectual property strategic planning, through the cross licensing between the alliance to avoid duplication of research and development, reduce the cost of patent transactions within the member, increase the overall audio and video field of patent chips.　　The third stage, the advantages of a number of enterprises to set up patent pool, the defense-Type Patent alliance function, and through the patent management to create markets, leading the market, the formation of independent intellectual property rights of the relevant standards, fundamentally enhance the audio and video industry's core competitiveness.
