BlackBerry sues full keyboard iphone shell

Last month there was an exposure to a protective shell that instantly turned the iphone into a full keyboard, causing a lot of keyboard-controlled interest, but the phone's shell recently ran into a bit of trouble because it was sued by the BlackBerry. The phone shell, called Typo Keyboard, was designed by "American Idol" host Ryan Cicrest, inspired by the need to carry two mobile phones when Ryanping: a mobile phone with a keyboard for typing and communication; the other is the iphone, which is responsible for typing things out. Typo Keyboard is connected to the phone via Bluetooth, and the official promises to increase the user's typing speed by 50%. But in appearance, many people can see at a glance, typo keyboard and BlackBerry Q10 Keyboard is simply too similar. Sure enough, the BlackBerry company recently sued the BlackBerry because Typo violated the company's full keyboard design patent in appearance. The BlackBerry's chief legal officer said in a statement that the BlackBerry would be held accountable for the typo infringement of the BlackBerry's full keyboard patent. Typo does not buy BlackBerry accounts, they say the protective shell is its own innovative products and will be fully protected. Typo will be officially on sale at the end of January at CES 2014 on the opening of the Typo keyboard, assuming that the court did not make a judgment against typo. Typo Keyboard is priced at $99, and the development team also plans to develop a full keyboard phone shell for some android in the future.
