China Tour announces 16.4 million dollar stake

Beijing time, November 15 Evening news, China Hand Tour (NASDAQ:CMGE) announced today, has reached an agreement to sell a share of ads per share of 14.50 U.S. dollars to the sale of some ads shares. The deal will bring 16.4 million of billions of dollars of gross income to Chinese hands before deducting the costs.

Considering the sale, the investment involves about 4.1% per cent of China's hand-held share of shares. China National Social Security Fund Council will acquire 1.035 million shares of ads in champion, ICBC Credit Asset Management (International) Limited will be the investment manager of the deal. Suisse China opportunities Global allocation of equity funds will acquire the Champion tour 88,000 shares of ads, ICBC Credit Asset Management Co., Ltd. will be the investment manager of the deal. ICBC Credit Asset Management (International) Co., Ltd. will acquire 10,350 shares of ads in champion tour.

The transaction will be subject to certain conditions of completion and will be completed within two weeks of the signing of the contract.

The China Hand Tour program uses the net proceeds of this transaction to purchase Third-party gaming and intellectual property rights, conduct product development, strengthen research and development, expand sales and distribution channels, and use it for general business purposes.
