5G development still faces challenges

In response to the above challenges, the industry has started to solve from two aspects of government policy and industrial support. Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the "Notice on Promoting the Rapid Development of 5G", proposing to organize research and pilots of virtual private networks in the 5G industry to open up key links such as standards, technologies, applications, and deployment. At the same time, the 5G application industry phalanx established the "5G industry virtual private network research project group" to comprehensively promote the technical research, standard formulation, test verification and actual deployment of 5G industry private networks.
It is reported that the project team will start from the entire key technology research, industry standard formulation, enterprise deployment and test verification and other key links. Operating companies and industry leading companies as well as solutions and standardization organizations will work together to form a copy and promote 5G industry virtual private network technical solutions to create a model. In order to realize this vision, the research team has started related work.
Third, 5G network security.
5G network security faces three challenges: first, the introduction of new key technologies; second, the widening of new application scenarios; and third, changes in the new ecological environment.
5G is not only a technological change, but also a new ecosystem. It needs to simultaneously build security capabilities in multiple links such as 5G network deployment planning, operation and maintenance, and converged applications to comprehensively improve the level of 5G network security.
