Consumers interested in this can be emailed to Protos eyewear two face photos, and then Protos eyewear programming algorithm will modify the design of the frame, and finally the modified information sent to the 3D printer. Mauriero hopes that consumers can upload photos directly to the company's Web site, making it easier for them to modify the 3D model faster, thus increasing flexibility and saving production time. At present, a network application of Protos eyewear is also in the development stage. By the time of the press, Protos Eyewear has received 9,000 of dollars in funding through the public-chip website, which plans to raise $25,000 by September 26 this year.
