Big data management to go up to the national strategic level

However, at present, the data center of our country is still dominated by the traditional data center of small and medium scale, which is less than 400 square meters of small data centers more than 90%. Due to the technology, capital and talent, there are many problems such as poor energy efficiency, low level and repeated construction.

Due to the complexity of maintenance technology, high cost, difficult operation, and rapid changes in user demand, many data centers are difficult to keep pace with technological progress. At present, most of them are related to the large data development and application of market information resources, and have not yet seen the results of large data on basic science research and key industry influence.

How to make big data smarter? The author thinks that in the construction of large data center, large data management should be raised to the national strategic level, and the national strategic level should be taken seriously.

First, the Government should be responsible for the department to lead the special research, from the national level to comprehensively consider the development of China's large data strategy. To establish relevant research programs, guide and promote the research and utilization of large data by various ministries and industry organizations, promote large data application in various fields and industries, and enhance scientific decision-making ability.

Second, large data from data generation, information collection to data dissemination, analysis and application, involving all levels. At present, China's data collection, there are still some legal gaps and deficiencies in the use, in order to ensure the sustained and healthy development of large data center construction, we should adopt legislation or regulations to properly deal with the contradictions between the Government, enterprise information disclosure and the protection of citizens ' privacy rights, focusing on promoting data disclosure and strengthening privacy protection.

Third, pay attention to talent training. The construction of large data center is for the later mining application of data. While large data applications are being fermented in countries around the world, there is a general lack of data talent in countries. Whichever solution is used, the ultimate need for data professionals to use these large data to activate the value of large data, reconstruct the relationship between the data, and give new meaning, and then into a competitive weapon.

In the process of large data processing, data talent is the key to the ability to ignite large value.

However, the training of data personnel is not easy, because data professionals need to have a deep understanding of business and organization, with data mining and other statistical application knowledge, familiar with data analysis tool operation. At present, the domestic data analyst is better at dealing with the problems that have occurred, find out the source of the problem, and eliminate the problem as soon as possible, but relatively lack of ability to explore unknown problems.

Therefore, whether from the government or the enterprise point of view, should be proactive, ahead of the large data training, do not wait until the large data center after the establishment of the talent, will inevitably cause large data center resources of the Great waste.
