And this is the way that cloud vendors use it.

4. Provide clear cost and expected cost. Business departments like to price a price. This allows them to understand the cost of everything in advance and to accurately account for the budget. It seems a bit indefensible to say that IT departments cannot provide their own price lists. This requires it to adopt a standardized infrastructure and have a clear understanding of its own cost structure. It is also a way for the IT department to avoid budget shortages or unreasonable user needs. When users have a clear idea of how much each of their requirements will cost, they will only ask for the parts that are most needed.

For an enterprise, there may be many reasons for its application to migrate to the cloud, including the most advanced device environment, the Pay-as-you-go model, and unlimited scalability. However, the enterprise's own IT services are not in place should not be one of them.
