First I briefly describe my own growth experience. I was 22 years old began to establish Shun Fung, 25-year-old company to take shape, is to earn the first bucket of gold. But all this has a background and a reason: Our family moved to Hong Kong from the mainland of China in 1976, when the situation was poor and everything had to start anew. So I was poor and quite clear about the taste of poverty and discrimination. Fortunately, the process did not last long, mainly for three reasons:

Buddhism makes people feel calm and understands that causality can be sobering. The achievements and fortunes of people in this lifetime are related to the blessings accumulated in the last life. No matter how much power you have, wealth, a lot of things you can not control, such as you are a male or female, where the birth, what looks like, the family is rich and so on, you more control is today's good luck, tomorrow success or not ... There are 99% things in life you can't control, only 1% you can handle, that's the attitude of doing things. This attitude has two sides, whether it is to take a positive attitude or a negative attitude, is to accept mindfulness or evil thoughts, it is up to you to decide. If you make the right choice in this area, you will enlarge this point to 100 points and make up for many other deficiencies.

Why do you want to talk about this? Because in the process of enterprise development, I am more and more aware that I am today's so-called success, in fact, in the life of the accumulated things, and in this process, the so-called skill is not capable, just the right time and gathered together a blessing newspaper. Frankly speaking, I do not believe that accidental, why there are accidents, because ignorance will believe accidental, suddenly in the jackpot, do not know why, it will feel is accidental, when all the cause and effect are concentrated together, you go to compare, you will know that this is inevitable. And corporate culture does well, but also has such a function.

Now every year the company has a lot of people in and out. Why do some employees come into the company with a lot of vision and go away for a while? The reason is simple, either being unfairly treated or not meeting his needs (both physical and professional). But there may be a problem: it is that many of the employees who leave the workforce need something other than the company can't give, but the company doesn't know what he wants. It's scary. Anyone's growth has a process that is the same for corporate employees. At the same time, in this process, we aim at different groups of people, at different times, but also to provide the same things. Each of us was young, and we thought about what we were like when we were young--what we were thinking, what we wanted, what we hated most ... Many people like to dazzle the poor in front of the people and show off their power in front of the common people, which in my opinion is a childish manifestation, they have misunderstood the meaning of wealth and power, but also lack of something important.

In the past few years, the newspaper media have been discussing, saying that our compatriots abroad are discriminated against, because now the Chinese people have money, they envy, psychological imbalance. I would like to say that the reasons for this can not be said no, but more afraid of our ignorance and the lack of upbringing or quality of behavior. It is a very sad thing that a man's wealth is not directly proportional to his character or accomplishment.

When we go out and want others to respect us, first of all we must have morals and self-cultivation, and learn to respect others. How do you respect others? First of all, you have to respect the people's environment, not spitting, not littering; second, you have to respect other people's life habits, public places do not loud noise, bus shopping consciously queue; Finally, respect the people's culture, different religious beliefs, different rules and regulations you have to understand, Avoid provoking or offending in everyday activities ... If these you do not care, with their own feelings and habits in a foreign country "do whatever you like", being despised is purely self-inflicted. Now shun Fung overseas outlets more and more, internal staff to travel abroad more and more people, I hope that we do not get stained with this kind of abuse.

About respect I also have a measure of my own, and that is to make the people who serve you be happy with the service. Go to a restaurant for dinner, up to the manager to the waiter, I will take the initiative to greet them, service my waiter, also enjoy the service I eat the work process, because I will be very polite and peaceful to communicate with him, I want to let this waiter because service me and feel very happy, this is called respect. On the contrary, some people come into the restaurant is a pair of arrogant, the waiter whistling drink, attitude is very bad, such people are very difficult to harvest real respect.

And as a service industry practitioner, you want to serve the customer is what kind of person, first of all you have to be what kind of person.
