IBM accused of violating six DRAM patented technology

In July, 18, a Canadian intellectual property company, Mosaid, filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Delaware State District Court on July 13 accusing IBM of violating many of the company's patents related to DRAM memory technology. Mosaid has 850 patented technologies.
