This year, the theme of our Director General's meeting is: the future of ecological run-off, synergy to produce fusion.
Around this topic, we are gathered here to fully explore and understand why we should do the industrial chain vertical integration of the music of the ecological, how to better through the ecological synergy, play the fusion effect.
Below, I come through 4 questions, let everybody better understand company strategy, also hope each director can fully comprehend, carry out to full.
First: What is the nature of le-vision ecology? Why do we have to do ecology?
We create "platform + content + Terminal + Application" of the music of the ecological, its essence is the vertical integration of industrial chain. Vertical integration is more in line with the needs of users in the Internet era and the trend of economic development, representing advanced productivity. More than 100 years ago, Joseph Schumpeter, an Austrian American economist, proposed "creative destruction", and now a more popular term is subversive innovation, in fact ça. Economic innovation constantly optimizes the economic structure from the inside, breaking the old structure and creating new structure. Third: Why is ecological synergy related to the joy of life and death?

Four: Why do we need eco-organization?
The previous 3 questions and answers, I hope that we can recognize the music from the heart of the ecological model, there is a unified consensus, from a strategic point of view the importance of ecology and synergy. And how to fall, how to implement, is really about our life and death, determine our future. To this, my answer is to build an ecological organization, to establish ecological business processes and work mechanisms, to establish a user-centred cultural values, to establish an effective target assessment and incentive system, to establish a sense of synergy.
In the past, although we are doing eco-type business, organizational structure is specialized division of labor, which led to the business chain of the students on the music of the ecological only glimpse, and do not say whether there is synergy, pure from the operational level is not feasible. There are, of course, more intolerable aspects of hilltop, office politics, and departmental walls, which are the shackles that seriously affect our progress. Therefore, we must make a thorough organizational change to build an ecological organization that matches the eco-type business.
What is an eco-organization like? No one has seen it, nor have I seen it, but we have to innovate our organizational structure as well as creating an eco-business. Who says a company's organizational structure can only be one? Who says it's important to report at a level? We have to break the inherent understanding of the organizational structure, so that the organizational structure to adapt to our music vision ecology.
We will establish two parallel organization structure: Management organization structure and project type organization structure.
Management Organizational structure: we should be flat, cross management. Flat, as the name suggests, we should try to reduce the reporting level, so that communication smoother, decision-making path shorter, thus greatly improve efficiency. Cross-management means that each of us, the future is no longer only a leader, the responsibility of the job is no longer only a line of business. On one hand, the invisible barrier formed by the reporting relationship between the business will be broken, the synergy is easier, on the other hand, for the personal growth of the staff, it will be developed into a multi-skill compound talents by the single professional talents.
Project-oriented organizational structure: we want to achieve grid, result-oriented. Grid, fuzzy superior and subordinate boundaries, so that all staff in a large organization system, quickly find the need for support and coordination of personnel, efficient operation, help break the hierarchy, empower grass-roots staff, and thus greatly promote the coordination of the objectives. The result-oriented, embodies our consistent principle of resolute and faith.
Everyone here is a department or division manager, we must be fully aware that the creation of eco-type organization, is a huge operational changes, it is difficult to speak. If our internal organization does not change, it will not be able to sustain subversion and innovation. I hope that every manager and his team can be fully prepared psychologically and in action.
