Jinan city stipulates that both spouses have equal rights to occupy, use, gain and dispose of the marital property according to law.　　A husband and wife with identity cards, hukou and marriage certificate, etc. to prove the relationship between the husband and wife of the valid documents can be to the industrial and commercial administration, housing security, vehicle management and other departments to inquire about the property situation, the relevant administrative departments or units should be entertained, and to produce corresponding written materials.　　According to the provisions, during the divorce proceedings, the husband and wife for objective reasons can not collect the joint property evidence, can apply to the people's Court for investigation and evidence, the people's Court shall accept. It is understood that the "Jinan women's rights and interests of several provisions" will be formally implemented on May 1, 2011.
