Nokia Ovi Stores added 300,000 accounts a day, with applications growing by nearly 8 times times a year, now reaching 48,000, a figure that is increasing at nearly 1000 a week. The number of apps downloaded via Nokia S40 has increased by 35% in the past two months, accounting for One-fourth of the total app downloads in the Ovi Store. By the end of May 2011, more than 170 developers have been using downloads 1 million times a day. Of these developers, 15 companies are using the world load between 10 million and 20 million times, with 5 companies using the sunshine load between 20 million and 30 million, and one company, Offscreen Technologies, has more than 72 million applications in the world.
