NSN to complete HSPA test with Shanghai Unicom

The recent news, Nokia Siemens Communications and Shanghai Unicom jointly conducted a HSPA network verification test.　　The test covers the user rate, system throughput, network switching capability and the support ability of HSPA system to various scheduling algorithms in the HSPA room. Designed to prepare for the upcoming HSPA rapid deployment, this test simulates the commercial network environment, performs HSPA related functions and performance tests on the basis of network optimization, and makes a comprehensive assessment of Nokia Siemens Communication HSPA Evolution technology and product upgrade capability. The test results show that the average rate of Nokia Siemens Communication Hspa+64qam is up to 18.3Mps in the case of good indoor wireless environment, Nokia Siemens Communication HSPA　　64QAM Single user fixed-point average rate of up to 17.26Mbps, in the industry has completed similar tests in the leading position. The test was conducted jointly by Nokia Siemens Communications, Shanghai Unicom and China Unicom Design Institute, and the test site chose Shanghai Xujiahui, Zhongshan Park and other areas where mobile applications were relatively concentrated. The test progressed very smoothly, with Nokia Siemens Communications completing system upgrades, network optimization, functional debugging and formal testing and completion of test reports in only two months.
