Response to WIN8 procurement banned Microsoft issued 5 statement

Last night, Microsoft China issued 5 statements to talk about information security. Analysts say this is a formal response from a series of incidents in which Microsoft China has been banned by the government for WINOWS8 (WIN8, hereinafter referred to as the same). Microsoft China said on its official microblog that Microsoft products did not have a so-called backdoor, and did not provide the U.S. government with information and data about customers.

5, Microsoft has never concealed requests from Governments for customer information.

On the 3rd, Microsoft deliberately proposed that Microsoft never, and will not, help any government to crack encryption technology, and will not provide any government encryption key. Microsoft opens Windows source code to the Government, and governments can look at the source code program to understand the security and reliability of the Windows operating system.

In addition, Microsoft specifically mentions data security outside the United States. In its 4th statement, Microsoft stressed that Microsoft limited the U.S. government's power to obtain customer data, especially outside the United States. Microsoft firmly believes that American law stops at the national borders.
