To build "wisdom Country 2015" in 2006, Singapore launched the "Wisdom of the Country 2015" plan, a word to describe is "the use of ubiquitous information and communication technology to make Singapore a smart country, a globalized city." Li Schin, director of Ida China, said that one of the strategic elements of "wisdom Country 2015" is the development of a sound infrastructure, with the goal that by 2012 Singapore will build its next-generation national information and communication infrastructure, including the construction of ultra-high speed wired and wireless two broadband networks. In the cable broadband network, Singapore is already implementing the next generation National Broadband Network Program (NBN), which provides gigabit connection speed. In the area of wireless broadband network, Singapore began to launch the National wireless Network-"Wireless @ singapore" At the end of 2006. The program, based on Wi-Fi technology, aims to stimulate demand and supply for wireless broadband services, creating an active wireless broadband market. There is no doubt that the use of the next generation broadband network will play a great role not only in the information and communication industry but also in the broadcasting media industry.
