UT filed submitted documents: Manufacturing contract with New America and Asia

U.S. Eastern Time January 28 afternoon (Beijing time January 29 early morning) news, according to foreign media reports, UT Starkon (NASDAQ:UTSI) today to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) submitted a filed form file.　　File shows that UT on January 23, through its wholly-owned subsidiary,--ut Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "UT Tatsu Kang Newsletter") and the new US-Asia Electronic Manufacturing Services company (hereinafter referred to as "New American Asia") signed a manufacturing contract, dated back to December 31, 2009 effective. Under this manufacturing contract, New America and Asia will provide a full range of electronic manufacturing services, including manufacturing, assembly and support, to UT's broadband, IPTV and NGN Solutions products, which are currently manufactured by UT's Hangzhou-based plant.　　Under the contract, New America and Asia will also provide services such as new product referral support, raw material sourcing, PCB assembly, system integration and testing, and product packaging and delivery. New America and Asia agreed that the price charged by the company in accordance with the manufacturing contract to the UT-Kangda newsletter would not be higher than the price charged by the new US and Asia for similar products with the same trading volume as other customers and the same time period.　　The contract does not stipulate that UT is required to purchase a minimum number of broadband, IPTV and NGN solution products.　　According to the contract, the new US-Asia will purchase UT the current inventory of the 60-day product components, and will continue to be weekly from the UT to buy components, until the UT of the product components of the communications products inventory depleted.
