I have long wanted to share some of my experiences that have been passed by, but I have never had any chance. The summer vacation of the third year is fixed, and I also like my performance. At that time, I was puzzled by future life plans, fields, jobs, and so on. It was not until I entered the so-called national exemplary Software Institute inexplicably and received a period of exemplary education, that I began to regret it. Many of the paths I had traveled should not be that way.

When I was in elementary school, we were told that we had to study hard to take a good junior high school. When I was in junior high school, we were told that we had to study hard to take a good high school. When I was in high school, we were told to study well before we could take a good university. When we went to college, some people were told to study well before they could take a good graduate student ......

Until these people enter the society, face job seeking, and face the survival of the fittest. I suddenly found that my chosen major was not interested or not suitable at all, and my work after graduation was not right, basically denying the best study in the past 10 years. Where is the problem?

Some may say that the annual ratio of employment professionals is too large. Yes, this phenomenon cannot be completely avoided because some people will regret the original choice. However, this is not a normal phenomenon when the ratio of professionals is relatively high. Many people are forced to work hard for four years to learn things that will be of little use in the future. That's enough time for him to become a professional in his favorite field. Analysis once pointed out that from scratch, research can become an expert in the field for eight years. How many years can we waste?

In the past, educators taught textbooks blindly according to the syllabus, and instilled in the students the belief in examination, but even the fundamental outlook on life cannot play a guiding role. If I can live again, I hope my college career is like this:

Elementary School, no cram school, no additional exercise questions, just learn the basic skills and knowledge of life. In junior high school, I have a vague understanding of all walks of life, find the five directions that I am interested in, sort by priority, and learn and strengthen the basic knowledge based on the needs of the industry, for subjects that cannot be used in the future, the goal is to complete the learning task. Gao Yi Re-sorts the industries he is interested in and begins to learn the basic concepts and knowledge of the industry to determine whether this direction is truly suitable for himself. In the second year of high school, select an industry direction that suits you and is interested in. Select the corresponding major and school based on the needs of the industry, and use this school as the goal to prepare for the examination. In the third year, the company makes up for its own shortcomings according to the requirements of the target school, closely following the development frontier of the selected industry, and understands the industry trends. The university earnestly learns the basic skills or knowledge required for employment, keeps abreast of industry trends and emerging ideas, and lays a solid foundation for it. After graduation, select several enterprises based on their interests and learning, and prepare for the competition based on the recruitment requirements of the enterprises in previous years, so as to get the ideal career. Select an industry, an enterprise, and a career.

The above process may be too ideal. That's right. If we have an ideal and a goal, we will have the direction of our struggle, rather than being a puppet of others. There may be many variables in this process, and our interests may change several times. However, this does not matter. With this general idea, the rest is to adjust the idea based on specific changes. For example, some people begin to think that the White Angel is so great that they are dedicated to saving their lives and becoming a medical specialist. However, in the high school stage, he may be completely disheartened by his actual contact and Preliminary Study of relevant knowledge and the increasing occurrence of the domestic black doctor incident, at this time, he was very interested in the second industry and he had a high degree of fit, so it was just a matter of adjusting the strategic deployment.

People who are interested in things will show higher enthusiasm, greater creativity, and more continuous execution. Why do you have to go to bed for 8 hours and get stuck when you listen to things? This is a truth. We need to find the industries we are interested in, want to engage in, and develop as soon as possible. We need to arm ourselves according to the high standards of the industry. Find the upper-layer enterprises in the industry and arm themselves again as required. Find the position that best suits you in the enterprise and make up for your shortcomings according to the job requirements until the job meets the requirements.

No one has told us about these things until we graduate, but it is too late. The hard work of those years is mostly in vain, and the time will not return, we only have to move forward again. Therefore, I hope that later users can understand and plan earlier to make their studies meaningful.
