(Compiled/Katy Fish) A San Francisco federal judge has dismissed a request from former EA founder Trip Hawkins to clear his huge tax debt, according to overseas media reports. Trip Hawkins, aged 57, has studied strategy and applied game theory at Harvard University and has received an MBA from Stanford University. Early in his career at Apple, he joined the creation of EA in 1982 and launched the world's first 32-bit mainframe specification 3DO in the early 90. In the middle of the 90, Trip Hawkins's personal wealth peaked and his EA stock was worth more than $100 million trillion. He sold his stake in EA in 1994, and the deal also generated a tax of 28 million dollars (about 183 million yuan) to be paid to the California local Tax office and the IRS. But the trip Hawkins the illusion of capital losses and property shrinkage by making a lot of false investments to offshore companies. By 2000, Trip Hawkins announced that his debt had been as high as $56 million, and that its main 3DO mainframe spec was officially bankrupt in 2003. Now Trip Hawkins, chief executive of social gaming digital chocolate, has just won the latest round of $12 million trillion in financing, including Intel.
