TV shopping: lack of satisfaction

Compared to online shopping, the satisfaction of TV shop is slightly insufficient, the reasons that affect the satisfaction of TV shopping include: Some customer service staff attitude is not good, return policy is not clear, waiting for a long refund time, logistics "not to force" and so on. It is worth mentioning that more than half of the return process to choose "dissatisfied" volunteers, because the refund time is too long. A buyer who buys clothes in "shopping every day" has waited 27 days for a refund after sending a return product.

Online shopping: Part of the product appearance quality does not pass

Online Shopping: Defective goods hidden
