Zhang: Microsoft is an internet company, early to do the operating system, to do software, there are new developments, such as the latest in the company's infrastructure development model, in the business model, technological innovation has a great change. We put the entire department from the original seven into four, and then the whole development model, the original is more products, is now a linkage of product development and operation of the model. Thank you! Also, business models used to be more software than products, and now hardware plus services.

And one thing is that this is the era of mobile interconnection, the era of cloud computing, and the era of PC environment, on the one hand, to continue the past ecosystem, and start a new ecosystem. So the change is very big, the change itself is to conform to the industry trend, another is Microsoft so many years through a lot of thinking to change.

Liu Jinming: I guess the first thing you said was that Microsoft started out as an internet company. Su Ning can not say so.

Weimin: We started the development of the commercial chain in the 90 's, the business chain is also a relatively advanced business model in the chain, in recent years actually began to adopt a more advanced chain mode, is the way of an Internet. The way of the internet is not only a storefront, it can bring us from the entire upstream supplier of its own store of customer resources, including consumers can establish online chain, so we think that suning from the entity chain in the chain to the Internet to transform.

Liu Jinming: Thank you, Sun. Microsoft and Suning I think there is a big thing in common, now are beginning to embrace cloud computing, and now Microsoft is also in the cloud of the attempt. I want to ask, cloud computing is a big challenge for you, is an opportunity, how to adapt to this change?

Weimin: We began to quote from the beginning of 2005 in June, when we started to make a new reengineering of the informatization of the enterprise. From 2006 onwards to 2009 this time, more is in the implementation of the internal cloud management analysis, that is, the enterprise internal management of various professional formation of a large concentration, this focus on the establishment of internal management and service outsourcing, began to build a cloud management framework system.

With our enterprises in the Internet e-commerce business out, we put this application further toward the upper and lower two aspects of the extension, one is to our suppliers, is the sales market data resources, the other is the logistics of warehousing resources, we have to carry out an open.

For consumers, apart from past product sales and direct after-sales service, we are now beginning to put new products and services into the consumer, including software content, applications, especially we do the whole family smart home solutions, including the Internet and the new products combined with the IoT. In fact, all of this content is based on data and shared services to achieve, based on this concept of Suning's name has made a fundamental change, called Suningyun, is actually data and shared services to build new business models and business structures.

Zhang: I've been talking about cloud computing for years, starting 10 years ago, and it's really important to transition throughout the course of the last five or six years. The concrete presentation is presented in the cloud's operating system, and it is hoped that the cloud's operating system resembles windows. 2nd, the big data above the cloud. Liu Jinming: Next question to ask Sun, Su Ning's internet transition is a trans-border transformation that China's business community is very concerned about. Liu Jinming: Thank you, Sun. Liu Jinming: Very clever, you and sun always talked about the ecological environment, so it is the last problem today, because time is more tense. Suning and Microsoft are very large volume companies, so the whole ecological environment has a great impact, and are committed to build an ecological environment. There is a problem with the design of the rules in the complex Internet ecosystem. Weimin: For us, it is according to the logic of open platform to maximize the socialization of the enterprise's own resources, sharing, in fact, we are from three aspects to provide our open service, one is our physical store platform.
