(hereinafter referred to as "Fire Waterfall Cloud"). The main asset of the waterfall cloud is the two-page game product, including the "hot-blooded NBA". Once the acquisition is established, the acquirer will also be given the right to sign up in China under the same conditions as the company's Red5 UBM Development Network game Firefall "Fire Waterfall". According to the letter of intent, the formal acquisition agreement is expected to be completed by April this year, following the completion of due diligence and the fulfilment of relevant conditions. Once the signature is completed, the company will make an announcement. The present letter of intent does not guarantee the completion of the contract.
