The basic function of the Internet of things is to perceive the physical environment, And the control of the physical environment is realized according to the real-time perceptual information and the user's execution demand. Therefore, the sense of the module is the core module of the Internet of things. For the final application of software architecture to the development of IoT software, the architecture of Physical-model software based on physical model (driven Based on the research of software architecture, referred to as PMDA), the paper makes the refinement of the sensing model in Pmda, and the sense model after refinement is called R-sem.r-sem considering the unique properties of the Internet of Things, The internal component of SEM is decomposed into the communication of the communication sequence process (CSP) to describe the function realization of the component port and the CSP The catheter operators in the section describe the synchronization between the port of the widget and the port of the component, and the interaction between the child component and the subassembly is described by CSP. Use Process analysis tools (toolkit, short pat) on R-sem are validated. The results show that: the R-sem of the interaction between the neutron members, the port of the subassembly and the port of the component maintains the nature of the effective interconnection between the physical applications that the SEM has to ensure that it is not deadlocked, not aborted and not divergent. Because the R-sem refined the internal composition of the SEM and maintained the SEM , therefore, R-sem is of practical guiding significance to the development of PMDA application in IoT software.
