According to the requirements of the two departments mentioned above, the security institution applying for the guarantee risk-compensation fund must satisfy the following conditions: It has been filed in the local SME working department and carried out the guarantee business for more than 2 years;　　Credit rating of BBB level (including) above, insurance premiums accounted for more than 50% of operating income and so on.　　The guarantee risk compensation standard is based on the total amount of the guarantee institution's small enterprise loan guarantee, and is compensated according to the proportion of no more than 1%, the maximum compensation amount of the single household guarantee institution is not more than 500,000 yuan.
