As at the end of 2011, Hangzhou winger belongs to the owner of the parent company about 145 million yuan, 2011-year operating income of about 401 million yuan, attributable to the parent company's net profit of about 140 million yuan; Shanghai Hao Party attributable to the owner of the parent company about 55.4 million Yuan, 2011 annual operating income of about 58.85 million yuan, attributable to the parent company's net profit of about 15.39 million yuan.
After evaluation, Hangzhou winger equity value of the pre-valuation of 3.18 billion yuan, Shanghai Hao's equity value of the pre-valuation of 310 million yuan, totaling about 3.49 billion yuan.
