Data show that Guang Xin Group is Guangdong province's largest foreign trade group enterprises. After the transfer is completed, Guang Xin Group will become the company's largest shareholder, industry and trade group will no longer hold shares in the company.　　The share transfer is subject to the approval of the state-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Committee of the State Council. The transferee said that after the transfer is completed, the existing main business of the company will be stabilized, and the necessary integration of the current business will be carried out to improve the company's financial position, reduce the administrative and financial costs and gradually restore the financing function. There is currently no merger or sale of the assets and operations of the stock or its subsidiaries in the next 12 months.
