China's non-manufacturing Business Activity Index (CFLP), released by the Chinese Logistics and Procurement Federation in February 2011, was 44.1%, down 12.3% from last month. Since the non-manufacturing sector does not have a composite index, the overall change in the non-manufacturing economy is usually reflected in the business Activity index. The February 2011 New Order Index was 45.1%, down 8% from last month. In terms of industry, the consumer service industry is the highest, 45.7%, producer service industry is 45.1%, construction is the lowest, 43.2%.  In 20 industries, the environment and public facilities management industry, road transport and air transport industry and other industries are above 50%, construction and installation industry, building decoration industry and railway transportation industry, such as 50%, accommodation industry, other services, wholesale, real estate and pipelines and other transport and warehousing industry and other industries below 50%.
