The theme of this year's meeting is "the new situation, new challenges, new ideas-explore the road of cooperation and mutual benefit".　　Here, referring to all human beings, not only ourselves, our children, our friends, but also those who think like us, all around the world, including those who have enjoyed prosperity, those who are now creating a better life, and those who have just begun to embark on this long and arduous path. But to create a future for all, can only be based on the understanding that we have entered a new era, a changing era, the economic, political and scientific forces are at a faster pace than any expected to achieve a new balance, the new development focus has shifted to Asia, that is to say, to China, This process began as early as 30 years ago, and although it has been widely recognized in the last 10 years, some of those who have had the balance in the past, and some of the new leaders like them, have not yet recognized the importance of this geopolitical shift.　　The impetus for this shift is no longer the low-cost manufacturing sector, but the process of absorbing and producing more and more advanced technology. Here, I do not need to repeat the important features of these geopolitical changes, nor do I need to look back at the forecast that China's economy will surpass that of the United States for a generation and surpass many times in Europe, even if some of the long-term predictions made by Nobel Laureates will have plenty of uncertainties, Because they are dependent on some uncontrollable factors that were unpredictable in the past, the new geo-equilibrium trend is obvious and not wrong. The reason is also simple, not only the pace of development is different, but also the flow of world trade and investment has changed.　　As a result, the scope of the influence of the major powers in the political and world economies has also changed. Trade agreements, investment flows, and bilateral agreements have often relied on and are still dependent on complex interactions between government and market relations.　　As we have seen in the raw material market, all this is happening, and although no new rules have emerged, power relations have changed, as are major powers. Therefore, we have entered a new era not only in relation to the major powers of the world, but also in their strategies for other continents, such as Africa, Latin America and Australia. The change of geo-equilibrium is very huge, but the change is not only the geographical balance, the balance of power between the real economy and the financial economy, but also between the government and the market. The increasing importance of financial activities in all economic systems, had weakened traditional government policies, and macroeconomic imbalances had called for redress, but there was currently a lack of cooperation in world politics that could not be rectified, because instruments of cooperation and control remained dependent on the old economy,　　Reliance on a constrained world relies on an engine of growth that does not reflect the current situation. So far, the beginning of the new era has been recognized only geographically, and the group of 8 has expanded into the group of 20, which is a very important event because it is a sign of the recognition that unless all the economic and political leaders of the world are seated next to the same table,　　Otherwise no decision could be made that might affect the future of our planet. But that alone is not enough to usher in a "new Era", as G20 's decision-making capacity is severely constrained by the lack of a strong and stable body to prepare for the Conference, the absence of a permanent secretary, and the lack of a collective consciousness that has entered a new era.　　As a European, I also believe that Europe's presence and its role have been weakened, not strengthened, because of the plethora of different voices, rather than the voices of a representative of the Group of 20. For the previous group of 20 meetings, from Washington to London, the agenda of the Conference and the enthusiasm of the participants have been weakened, not only because of the existence of such an understanding, but I do not know the extent to which it is reasonable, that the worst of the crisis is over,　　It is also clearly influenced by the fact that, as the world remains politically divisive, it is difficult to reconcile the emergence of a more global programme and to have no change in the functioning of international decision-making mechanisms. America's perception of the world is changing from unipolar to multipolar, and this is the right direction, but there is a long way to go before it can be implemented. Starting with the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference, the frustration of the recent international summit has been the result of a lack of collective awareness of the seriousness of the problem and a lack of political synergy between the global nature of the problem and the dispersion of the interests of major powers. TheThese are increasingly discouraging, not only in environmental matters, but also in all spheres of politics and economy, and only the process of decision-making on collective rights can ensure a new era and will not cause disaster to the future of humankind. I think in this context, whether from the political and economic status China has achieved, or from the future changes, Beijing will become the fulcrum of human balance and crisis, China's role will be decisive.　　We have a lot to think about here, for the future of mankind, are important for these common values, China's role is to be emphasized, not only because of China's own importance, but also because of China's future changes that will make it play an important role in ensuring that the future of humankind is balanced or in crisis. Thus, in addition to increasing the flexibility of the renminbi exchange rate, China has recently introduced a number of policies, including a substantial increase in the minimum wage standards in some key provinces, the introduction of major public investment plans, and the creation of conditions for a substantial new balance,　　It will also make it easier for China to make the decisions it needs to enter a new era. I think China has been given another important task for the future of all because of the success China has experienced in recent years and its special responsibilities. China is not the only country in the developing world that has changed and changed, and other Asian countries, including India, as well as Brazil and other Latin American countries. However, it is a daunting task for China to explain to these countries that the new era must slow down the social and economic imbalances within these countries, and I think this task is very important for China, for if an era is to become a real new era, it must be a more equitable era. As a result, the adjustment of wages must be accompanied by the establishment of social welfare systems, including health, education and pensions, which are progressively established and compatible with the state's economic situation. However, this system is used to illustrate that the stability of the new era cannot be based on injustice and injustice.　　We do not want to obscure Europe's limitations in this regard and the mistakes it has made in the past, but from this perspective the European experience can indeed be a constructive and important point of reference. China's ability to respond to social imbalances and to create a new welfare system can and must be a global and indispensable paradigm, as our theme puts it, that we should explore a winning path and create a future for all, A common feature of all the major historical transformations is those who feel their interests are at stake, and I see that those who have changed their leadership roles and who have to deal with new leaders will regard the actions taken by the new leaders as hostile. Therefore, if we really want to create a new era, we must create a lot of opportunities for dialogue and strengthen collective decision-making, and to that end we cannot see a weakened, marginalized group of 20.
